Vegan Philly Cheezsteak Sandwich from Namely Marly

An absolutely delightful version of an American favorite: a vegan version of Philly cheese steak sandwich or hoagie!  This takes some work and effort as you actually have to follow three recipes, but is well worth it.  The first recipe given is for Slow Baked Cheezsteak Tofu.  The second recipe is for the Garlic Avocado Aioli.   The third recipe is the step by step instructions on putting it all together and finishing it off in foil in the oven.
