Tahini-Dressed Zucchini and Green Bean Salad from The Washington Post

*Note this recipe calls for honey; use Bee Free Honee instead.

Easy Sweet Potato Veggie Burgers With Avocado by LunchBoxBunch

This fabulous veggie burger recipe features cannellini white beans, sweet potato, tahini, wheat flour, Panko bread crumbs and, of course, avocado!  Suggestions for optional additional seasonings are also included.
