A delicious vegan version of a favorite American combo: burgers and fries. Both recipes from Dish 'n' That, have been adapted from Mark Bittman. The fries are baked and made from chickpea flour and spices. The burger features black beans, chopped porcini mushrooms, rolled oats, Tamari, nutritional yeast, fresh cilantro and parsley.
